How often do you provide home watch visits in
Rio Verde and Rio Verde Foothills?
Visit frequency is customized to your needs. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, monthly, and custom schedules for seasonal homeowners and vacant properties.
Will I receive a report after each home watch visit?
Yes. You’ll receive communication following each visit. Premier Estate Watch includes a detailed photo report with notes and documentation.
Can you coordinate service providers while I’m away?
Yes. We can meet approved landscapers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and other service providers at your property and coordinate access while you're away.
What do you check during a home watch visit?
Each home watch visit includes a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your property. We check for visible leaks, signs of damage, security concerns, and other conditions that may require attention
Are you available 24 hours a day?
Desert Estate Watch is not a 24-hour service. However, we understand unexpected situations can occur while you're away. When available, after-hours visits and emergency response services may be provided for an additional fee.
What happens if you discover a problem at my property?
If an issue is identified during a visit, you'll be notified promptly. With your authorization, Desert Estate Watch can coordinate trusted vendors and service providers to help address the issue and prevent further damage to your property.
Do you provide vacant home monitoring for realtors?
Yes. Desert Estate Watch provides scheduled interior and exterior property checks for vacant listings, helping realtors and property owners stay informed about property conditions while homes are unoccupied.
Do you provide home watch services for desert acreage and equestrian properties?
Yes. We provide visual property checks for custom desert homes, acreage, and equestrian properties, including visible concerns related to storms, pest and wildlife activity, and property conditions.
